Cycle of life

This was a tree that we spotted from the road in Oak Creek Canyon - Sedona Arizona.

The lively trees in the background are a great contrast to the years shown on the fallen one.


This is a lovely shot. We especially like the way the processing has resulted in an almost infra-red look.

Landscapes are usually full of colour, but as Raquel's photo shows, they can also look great in black and white too.
