Blizzard on New Years Day in Nova Scotia ,Canada

We recieved 60+ centimeters of snow in a blizzard that lasted 24 hours.(It started about mid night New Years Eve)

We live on a farm in Nova Scotia, Canada and this picture was taken of our barn.

Best part of the storm is that six guests could not go home from a gathering we had on New Years Eve until the afternoon of January 2nd when the snowplow came.

We almost ran out of milk but there was plenty of run left........good music, cards, puzzle making, board games, plenty of good food and drink lasted for two days!!!
