Biking Along the Hangang River

It was just a typical Saturday evening in Seoul. I was looking for the Dalbit square near the Banpo part of Hangang (Han River) Park on the riverbanks near Banpo.
Each Saturday evening, you can listen to concerts and jazz performances performed by live bands.
As I was walking along, I saw this guy on a small motorized bike and had to get a photo.
